No Need to Knead Basic Pizza Crust

Ingredients

* 1tsp yeast
* 1.5c lukewarm water
* 4 to 4.5c unbleached all-purpose flour (assuming all-purpose to keep the crust thin)
* 6tbsp olive oil
* 1tsp salt

Directions

1. Add water to bowl
2. Add yeast to water and stir to dissolve
3. Mix flour, olive oil, and salt in another bowl and blend for a few seconds
4. Combine flour mixture with the water.
5. Blend until the dough starts to pull away from the sides of the bowl
6. Shape the dough into a ball and place into a covered, oiled bowl.
7. Let rise 60 minutes in a warm place or refrigerate overnight upto a week. (Let dough come to room temperature before the next step)
8. Spread dough on oiled baking sheets or stone until it's 1/8" think.
9. Bake pizza at 550degrees 7-10 minutes
